Key responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Leverage AI technology to improve marketing effectiveness, productivity and content creation
Manage and grow social media channels
Create engaging video, photography and digital content
Monitor emerging marketing, AI and social media trends
Produce content that captures attention and drives engagement
Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Work closely with a high-performing leadership team to drive continued brand growth
Help shape the future direction of marketing within the business
About you
Bachelor of Marketing, Business,
Communications or a related discipline
Robust understanding of digital marketing principles
Extensive knowledge of AI tools and their application in marketing and social media
Experience creating high-performing content across major social platforms
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Knowledge of analytics, campaign performance and audience engagement metrics
Strong project management and organisational skills
Photography and videography skills (highly regarded)
Drone licence or experience (advantageous but not essential)
Willingness to continually learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment
