About the role

Jape Homemaker Village, one of Darwin's leading retail and commercial destinations, is looking for a Leasing and Property Administrator to join our Property team. This is a varied role combining leasing and property administration, tenant engagement, marketing and events within a busy retail and commercial environment.

Key responsibilities
Support lease administration, renewals and tenant onboarding
Build positive relationships with tenants and respond to enquiries
Coordinate casual leasing opportunities and venue bookings
Assist with rental administration and maintain accurate property records
Support centre marketing, social media, promotions and events
Assist the Property team with the day-to-day presentation and operation of the centre




Provide general administrative support across the property portfolio

About you
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident managing multiple priorities
Friendly and qualified with solid communication skills
Proactive and willing to take ownership
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems
Committed to providing excellent customer service
Experience in property, leasing, real estate, retail centres, administration or customer service will be highly regarded
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally key
