Internal Sales & Office Support

Part-time or Full-time Location: Mundaring, WA (Perth Hills)

Hours: Between 8.00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday

Vision Protected is a small, established Australian business operating across wholesale, manufacturing, and retail from our Mundaring facility. We supply safety products nationwide and manufacture a growing range of Australian Made goods.

We are seeking a reliable Office Support / Internal Sales team member to handle day-to-day customer and order administration. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys structured, steady work and being part of a small, practical team.

The role

Your focus will be on keeping orders and customer communication running smoothly:
Handling customer phone and email enquiries
Processing sales orders received via email, phone, and digital channels
Taking payments via phone, online portals, and point-of-sale systems
Supporting Account Managers with reports, stock checks, sample requests,



and order updates
Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely dispatch
General office administration and support tasks

Training is provided, and systems are well established.

About you

A current driver’s licence

Prior office, admin, or customer service experience is useful but not essential.
