Sodexo is seeking experienced Chefs to join our regional Queensland teams on a 2:1 BIBO roster. Based from Cooma, NSW, you will prepare high-volume, nutritious meals for mining village residents in a quick-paced kitchen workplace.
Ideal candidates have bulk catering experience, are physically fit for long shifts (up to 11 hours), and hold a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery. FIFO or remote-site experience is desirable, and a National Police Check may be required.
