Life Without Barriers in Fremantle is seeking a Casual Mental Health Support Worker to deliver psychosocial support to young people aged ***** experiencing homelessness or risk of homelessness.
The role runs on a 24/7 roster with shifts including mornings, afternoons and occasional nights.
You will work to empower clients, develop support plans, and collaborate with community mental health services and carers to provide integrated care.
