325 Consulting seeks a Strategy & Growth Lead for Melbourne or Sydney to shape the portfolio and growth agenda across the APAC region, driving M&A;, in-licensing and partnership opportunities with senior leaders.
You will contribute to deal screening, financial modelling and due diligence, translating strategic priorities into a live deal pipeline while maintaining stakeholder credibility and travel as needed.
