We're seeking an experiencedHSET Site Administratorto support a busy mining operation in North Queensland.
Based out of Townsville, you'll work closely with the site HSET team to keep training, onboarding, safety and compliance records accurate and up to date.
This is a hands‐on administration role for someone who enjoys working with site personnel, managing detailed records and keeping important processes moving.

About the role
You'll provide administrative support across the site's health, safety, environment and training functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining HSET documents, registers, records and reporting data
Coordinating training and onboarding documentation for mining personnel




Monitoring training and compliance records and following up on outstanding items
Managing document control, data entry and filing
Assisting with audit and inspection records, corrective actions and reporting
Responding to administration queries from the HSET team and other site personnel
About you
You'll bring experience inHSE, safety, training or site administration, ideally within mining, resources, construction or heavy industry.
You'll also have:
Strong administration, organisation and document control skills
Experience maintaining training or compliance records
Confidence using Microsoft Office and site-based systems
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Clear communication skills and the confidence to work with people across site
The abilitypass an MMQ
You must bebased in Townsvilleand available for an ASAP start.
