About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, (flexible for the right candidate), managing a portfolio across Tamworth and the surrounding region.




We've built our property management operations around transparent procedures and modern tools - including Property Me, Taipi and Inspection Express - so our PMs spend less time on admin and more time managing relationships and outcomes for owners and tenants.
Managing a portfolio of residential properties:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance
Coordinating repairs and liaising with trades
Managing lease renewals, applications and tenancy agreements
Handling arrears and tenancy matters
Preparing and managing ingoing and outgoing condition reports
General portfolio administration and reporting
Ensuring properties are managed in accordance with NSW legislation
Communicating regularly with property owners and providing exceptional service
What We're Looking For
Relevant NSW property managementlicence/qualifications(essential)
Proven experience managing a residential property portfolio
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with owners and tenants
Comfortable working with property management software and digital tools
