We are seeking a self-motivated individual, looking for employment within the field of optics and keen to take on a challenging but rewarding role to help us expand our team as we open our new location in Lavington.

Tasks & responsibilities

Assisting members with lens selection based on prescription
n
Providing exceptional customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone
n
Ensuring adequate measures are taken to control inventory
n
Invoicing, filing and entry of scripts into systems
n
Practice basic selling principles, day-to-day sales
n
Willing to gain understanding of eyewear tools
n
Willing to learn and understand the theory of optics
n
Demonstrate understanding of lens and frame materials
n
Identify, measure and mark-up single vision, multifocal and progressive lenses
n
Adjusting of frames
n
Maintain a clean, secure and professional workplace
