We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a quick-paced, varied role that combines sales support, customer service, order management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

What You'll Do /n /n
Be the first point of contact for customer and sales enquiries.

Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.

/n
Process sales orders, returns, credits, and freight bookings.

/n
Track deliveries and provide customer updates.

/n
Maintain accurate customer records and activity in CRM systems.

/n
Coordinate installations and upgrades with internal service teams.

/n
Prepare sales reports and provide administrative support to the Sales Team.

/n
Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Finance,



and Service teams to achieve the best outcomes for customers.

/n About You/n

Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, internal sales, or a similar support role.

/n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

/n
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

/n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

/n
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

/n
CRM experience (Salesforce experience highly regarded).
