We are seeking an Infrastructure Analyst with Windows & Linux to support the day-to-day operations of enterprise server infrastructure settings.

The role focuses on system monitoring, operational support, and routine administrative activities for Windows and Linux systems. The analyst will work closely with senior engineers to maintain system stability, perform maintenance tasks, and support enterprise infrastructure services.

The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of server operating systems, infrastructure monitoring, and IT operations processes, with a solid focus on troubleshooting and operational support.

What You’ll Do:
Support daily operations for Windows and Linux servers, including provisioning, configuration, patching, and system maintenance
Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs
Manage patching and security updates in line with organizational policies
Monitor system health using enterprise tools, analyze logs and metrics,



and implement performance improvements
Contribute to automation initiatives by developing scripts with PowerShell, Bash, or Python to streamline processes
Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams, providing technical guidance and maintaining comprehensive documentation

Required Skills:
Proven experience with Windows Server and Linux OS administration
Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure support, including virtualized platforms like VMware or Hyper-V
Understanding of patch management, security best practices, and compliance standards
Experience with infrastructure monitoring and logging tools
Basic networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP fundamentals
Experience working with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira

Nice to Have Skills:
Cloud platform experience such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
Knowledge of automation or configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform
Understanding of DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation
