Job Description

Ballarat Community Health is seeking a part time Community Nurse (Enrolled Nurse) for the Allied Health / CN&SCP; team in Ballarat. The role supports older people to stay healthy and independent at home and in clinic settings, delivering person-centred nursing care.

Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will undertake care planning, clinical assessments and help older people with daily living activities. Registration with AHPRA as an EN is required.
