About the Role
n
We're looking for motivated Undergraduate Engineers (Civil & Electrical) to join our team on the Healesville Sewage Treatment Plant Upgrade project in Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity for engineering students who have 1-2 years remaining in their degree or are expected to graduate in ****, and are looking to gain practical, hands-on experience while continuing their studies.

Working alongside experienced project professionals, you'll be exposed to the delivery of critical water infrastructure and develop the technical, commercial, and leadership skills needed for a successful engineering career.

About the Project

The Healesville Sewer Treatment Plant Upgrade is a significant infrastructure project that will enhance essential water services for the community while supporting sustainable growth across the region.

What You'll Be Doing
n
Reporting to experienced Project and Site Engineers, you'll have the opportunity to:
n

Assist with project planning, coordination and delivery activities
n
Support site-based construction and engineering teams
n




Prepare and review quality documentation, inspections and reports
n
Monitor project progress, costs, productivity and subcontractor performance
n
Contribute to safety, environmental and quality compliance initiatives
n
Coordinate procurement, materials and project documentation
n
Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
n

About You
n
n
Currently studying a Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
n
Ideally in your penultimate or second-last year of study, with approximately 1-2 years remaining
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing project team
n
Robust organisational and problem-solving capabilities
n
Valid driver's licence (preferred)
n
