130-property portfolio
, with all properties located within close proximity, while working within an experienced team and benefiting from flexible working arrangements.
The position would suit a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager with approx.
12 months of experience
who is ready to take ownership of their own portfolio and continue developing their career.

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing an established portfolio of approximately 130 properties
Managing landlord and tenant relationships
Handling day-to-day Property Management requirements
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Managing lease renewals and rental reviews
Managing arrears and tenancy matters
Conducting routine inspections
Liaising with contractors and service providers




Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
Working closely with the leasing team
Providing end-to-end leasing support where required
Ensuring a high level of service is delivered to landlords and tenants
What We're Looking For:
Approximately 12 months of Property Management or Assistant Property Management experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Ability to manage a portfolio independently
Good understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation
Professional and reliable approach
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Current Agent's Representative Certificate or equivalent

Salary up to $78,400
Monday to Friday
1 in 5 Saturdays
