The Role:
n
In this hands‐on position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to ensure optimal vehicle safety and performance.
n
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
n
n
Repairs and fabricates metal parts for wheels and workshop equipment.
n
Operating MIG & TIG welding equipment as required.
n
Checks welds for strength, quality and defects.
n




Repairs damaged rims, frames and other metal components where suitable.
n
Machine operation when repairing buckled wheels.
n
Adhering to minimum tyre fitting requirements
n
Maintain a safe and organised workshop
n
n
Who we're looking for:
n
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience in welding/steel fabrication, in particular TIG/MIG welding
n
Ability & experience to operate modern equipment, to repair and align wheels
n
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
n
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
Good communication and teamwork skills
n
