Job Description

Defence Health is seeking a Functional Test Lead to oversee test strategy, planning, execution, defect management and quality assurance for complex software initiatives. You will champion testing best practice, drive SDLC improvements and manage delivery risk through robust quality management.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor testers and ensure robust requirements coverage, with a focus on private health insurance software settings.
