The Opportunity: Casual Assistant Kitchen Hand
n

Schedule:Monday – Friday, 5 days per week is a must
n
Location:Waterford
n
Hours:9am-4pm
n
Compensation:Up to $40/hr + Super + Retention
n
For the period of 9 November **** to 8 January ****, with the possibility of ongoing casual work beyond this period?
n

You will need a Paid Blue Card
n
Your Responsibilities
n
n
Complete daily dishwashing duties using the commercial dishwasher.
n
Assist the Lead Kitchen Hand with food preparation and other kitchen duties.
n
Prepare, organise and set up dishes and meal service items as required.
n
Assist with general kitchen cleaning and ensure work areas, equipment and utensils are kept clean and hygienic.
n
Follow appropriate food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety practices.
n
Support the kitchen team with tasks as required throughout the day.
n
Assist with the smooth and timely preparation and delivery of meals to children.
n
Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team to maintain an organised and productive kitchen environment.
n
Follow instructions from the Lead Kitchen Hand and other relevant team members.
n
Undertake other reasonable kitchen duties as required.
