Pay: A$75,000.00-A$95,000.00 per year To expand our team, Cyber Computer Recycling and Disposal Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified ICT Customer Support Officer. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support to employees, maintain computer systems and networks, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with the reliable operation of the organisation's ICT workplace.

Job Responsibilities
Providing technical support to hardware, software and operating system problems.
Installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, software and peripheral equipment.
Diagnosing and resolving computer and network problems.
Assisting users with the operation and use of computer systems and applications.
Installing and configuring network and communication equipment.




Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Maintaining records of equipment, faults, repairs and technical support activities.
Escalating complex technical problems to appropriate IT specialists.
Assisting with system upgrades, software installations and routine maintenance.
Providing advice and guidance to users regarding IT systems, applications and equipment.
