Job Description

Mary's in Collingwood, a Nigerian inspired cafe and restaurant led by women, seeks a hands-on operations leader to be the owner's right hand. You will run day-to-day operations, ensure high quality, stay organised and calm, and oversee systems and team management across day and night.

You will lead daily service, manage staff and rosters, payroll and admin, and continuously improve processes while fostering a robust culture across both venues.
