Ofload, a FreightTech scaleup, is seeking a Sales Manager to build and lead a team of sales specialists in Sydney. You’ll set the sales strategy, coach the team on current-business selling, and be accountable for the numbers while also hunting your own pipeline and closing deals.

This hands-on leadership role requires a proven record in middle-mile freight sales, solid negotiation skills, and comfort using data to set targets.
