Located conveniently atBrisbane Airport, we embrace flexible working models that allow you to balance your professional and personal life seamlessly.
Your purpose:
Retrieve rates from shipping lines, airlines and overseas offices
Prepare quotations for clients
Liaise with Customs and Operations Departments on freight forwarding matters
Track shipments and provide status reports to clients and/or overseas offices
Communicate all shipment delays and issues to clients and/or overseas offices




Update shipment dates and status in relevant tracking programs for respective clients
Liaise with shipping lines to arrange payment of any local charges
Invoicing clients
You'll bring:
3+ years' industry experience
Experience using CargoWise preferred
Basic understanding of import sea and air processes
Strong understanding of MS office suite (word, excel, etc.)
