About the Opportunity
TheEnterprise Systems Governance & Enablement Managerwill establish and lead an enterprise-wide approach to maximise the value, effectiveness and adoption of Jewish Care's enterprise systems.
Reporting to theHead of Data & Analytics, this role will provide enterprise coordination, governance and business enablement across operational teams, Product Owners, IT, Data & Analytics, vendors and senior stakeholders.
The role will establish a consistent approach to identifying, assessing and prioritising significant system enhancements, workflow improvements and technology-enabled process changes.
It will provide an enterprise view of competing priorities, risks, dependencies and opportunities, ensuring that improvement activity is aligned to organisational priorities and delivers clear business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain enterprise systemsgovernance, prioritisation and operating frameworks.
Develop and maintain a consolidated enterprise view of system capability, risks, utilisation, improvement opportunities and priorities.
Establish and manage the enterprise enhancement and improvement intake and backlog, ensuring significant initiatives are appropriately assessed and prioritised.
Partner with operational leaders and Product Owners to translate business needs into practical system and process improvements.
Identify opportunities to reduceduplication, manual workarounds, process variation and unnecessary customisation.
Lead or facilitate process reviews, workflow improvements, business analysis and current/future-state process mapping.
Coordinate business readiness, user acceptance testing and adoption activities for significant system changes.
Establish appropriate documentation,



knowledge management and super-user/operational champion networks.
Work closely with Data & Analytics to considerdata quality, reporting, integration and benefits realisation.
Maintain enterprise improvement backlogs and roadmaps, tracking risks, dependencies, decisions and outcomes.
Build effective relationships with technology vendors and work with IT on system dependencies, integrations and support pathways.
Provide regular reporting and recommendations to governance forums and senior stakeholders.
The role will progressively expand its system coverage over the first6-12 months, with priorities agreed with the Head of Data & Analytics and relevant executive stakeholders.
About You
We are seeking an experiencedenterprise system, transformation, business improvement or technology enablement professionalwho can operate confidently across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
You will bring:
Demonstrated experience acrossenterprise business systems, digital transformation, business improvement or systems enablement.
Strong understanding of the relationship betweenbusiness processes, technology and organisational outcomes.
Experience establishing or improvinggovernance, prioritisation and operating models.
Robust analytical, problem-solving and process improvement capability.
Experience managing competing priorities and influencing across organisational boundaries.
Strong executive, stakeholder engagement,



facilitation and communication skills.
Experience supporting system enhancements, releases, implementations and business readiness.
Understanding of data quality, reporting and information-management impacts arising from system change.
A pragmatic enterprise minded approach, with the ability to balance immediate operational needs with sustainable enterprise outcomes.
Experience with enterprise platforms such asAlayaCare, LeeCare, UKG/HRIS, CompliSpace, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar systems would be advantageous.
Experience inaged care, disability, health, community services, not-for-profit or other regulated environmentswould also be highly regarded.
