Role Summary

Lead the HR function to deliver effective HR strategies, programs, and services that support business objectives, employee development, engagement, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with management and Corporate HR to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs.
Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employment legislation, employee relations, and performance management.
Manage labor relations, collective bargaining, compensation, advantages, and HR compliance.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, relocation, talent management, succession planning, and expatriate HR processes.
Develop and implement training and workforce development initiatives for national and expatriate employees.
Manage and develop the HR team and ensure effective HR service delivery.




Lead internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage HR budgets and resources while driving continuous improvement.
Daily report to Zijin HQ.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of HR management experience.
Experience in a unionized and multicultural/international setting.
Strong experience in labour relations, collective bargaining, compensation and perks.
Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.
