About the Role n
This role works closely with multiple internal teams including reservations, air services, operations, and sales support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building robust customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities n
Deliver exceptional service to customers after their booking has been confirmed
n
Assist guests with booking amendments including upgrades, extensions, extra nights, supplements, and special requests
n
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a skilled and timely manner
n
Follow up deposits, final payments, and travel documentation requirements
n
Educate customers on destinations, products, and promotional offers
n
Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems
n
Liaise with internal departments regarding itinerary updates, special requirements, and operational changes
n
Support airline-related service requests including seating,
schedule changes, and special meals
n
Provide assistance with overflow inbound sales and service calls when required
n
Support leadership with day-to-day operational tasks across the department
About You n
Previous experience within a customer service, reservations, sales support, or call centre environment
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
n
Strong computer skills including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
n
Experience using Sabre or other GDS systems will be advantageous
