Job Description

JBS Cobram Plant is seeking a Human Resource Officer to provide comprehensive HR and workforce planning support across the business. The role involves staffing, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR reporting, and maintaining employee records.

Hours are rotational, starting between 4:30am–12:30pm and 8:00am–4:00pm on a rotating basis, with an in office presence in Cobram. The position emphasises timely HR advice, administrative support, analytics, and compliance with HR
