Job Description

Circles of Support Plus in Canberra seeks a Behaviour Support Practitioner for an in office contract role. The practitioner will conduct functional behaviour assessments, observe participants and develop tailored Positive Behaviour Support plans aligned with NDIS requirements.

Collaborating with participants, families and support teams, you will deliver training to support workers, maintain accurate records, and update plans as needs or risk profiles change.
