Job Description

EasyAsset is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to take genuine ownership of the marketing function. This is an ownership role, not just executing a plan, with the CEO initially and then day-to-day marketing direction.

You’ll own growth strategy, performance marketing, conversion, SEO/content, experimentation and systems, using AI to move faster. Work is primarily office-based in Sydney, with a base salary of $140,000–$170,000 plus super and a performance bonus.
