Redstone Nursing is currently seeking experienced and reliable Clinical Nurses for exciting opportunities across Metro Adelaide and Regional South Australia.

What We Offer
Earn competitive rates of $68–$78/hr + penalties + super, based on your experience and the role requirements.
Metro Adelaide block bookings across a range of aged care facilities
Regional travel contracts with free accommodation and travel costs covered
Contract lengths from 2–12 weeks, with potential for extension
Adaptable work to suit your availability
Weekly pay
Dedicated consultant support throughout your placement

What We Need From You:




Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous experience as a Clinical Nurse, Clinical Care Coordinator, Team Leader or similar leadership role within aged care
Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Current police check and relevant compliance documents
Full Australian working rights
Current driver's licence preferred for regional travel contracts
