We're looking for experienced hospitality leaders to join our opening team. Whether you're an Assistant Bar Manager or Head Bartender, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service, supporting your team, and helping establish a standout bar operation from day one.

About the Roles

Working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will help lead service, maintain exceptional beverage standards, and contribute to a positive and qualified team culture.

Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management of bar operations
Lead service in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment
Deliver exceptional cocktails and memorable guest experiences
Train, mentor, and motivate the bar team
Maintain high standards of beverage quality, consistency, and presentation
Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
Ensure compliance with venue procedures, licensing requirements, and service standards
Lead by example and contribute to a positive,



professional team culture

About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role
Comprehensive understanding of wine, spirits and cocktail composition
Experience in stock control, with robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to train and lead a team
Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
