Occupational Therapist | Highly Flexible | Bacchus Marsh
Our client is an established allied health provider in Bacchus Marsh with a strong reputation for supportive leadership and a genuinely friendly team culture.
The multidisciplinary team includes 2 Senior OTs, a Psychologist, 3 Behaviour Practitioners, and 2 Speech Pathologists, backed by full admin support and well-structured systems.They are looking to welcome an Occupational Therapist (Early Career or Senior) who wants a flexible, well-supported role where you can deliver great therapy without rigid pressure.
You'll work across a mix of clinic and community (depending on your preference and experience), with a predominantly paediatric caseload and a small number of aged care clients.
On Offer
Salary guide: $90,000 - $110,000 + super (negotiable)
Highly flexible position - choose your own schedule
Weekly supervision and strong senior mentorship
PD allowance - $1,000
