Job Description
Westpac Bank in Brisbane, QLD is seeking a Business Development Manager to be the key link between Westpac and mortgage broker partners, driving trust in our value proposition and promoting Westpac to clients.
You will work with a core group of active brokers and grow the prospect pool, owning broker NPS and settlement targets through relationship management.
The role requires autonomy, the ability to manage a fast-paced pipeline, and skills in coaching on loan structuring, policy education
