Dispatch Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an organised and hands-on Dispatch Coordinator to support our warehouse and dispatch operations. This role is responsible for coordinating deliveries, preparing orders, maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day warehouse administration.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate delivery schedules and assist with load planning
Pick, pack and prepare stock for dispatch
Ensure orders, labels and dispatch documentation are accurate
Manage CHEP pallets, including tracking, reconciliation and coordinating pallet returns
Complete data entry, invoicing and stock control activities
Support drivers with delivery queries and scheduling
Assist with vehicle and fleet administration
Provide support to warehouse, production and administration teams
Assist walk-in customers and internal stakeholders
Maintain WHS, quality and operational standards




Contribute to process improvements and efficient warehouse operations

About You
2+ years’ experience in administration, warehouse or despatch
Previous dispatch or warehouse experience preferred
Experience with CHEP pallet management highly regarded
Robust Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
MYOB experience desirable
High attention to detail and robust organisational skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Forklift licence desirable
Experience in the automotive, industrial or commercial lubrication industry highly regarded
