We are currently recruiting for an established Aged Care Assessment Service seeking an experienced Clinical Aged Care Needs Assessor for a 3-month locum contract with potential to extend.

What's on Offer?
Work from home - no office attendance required
3-month locum contract with potential to extend
Approximately 2 face-to-face assessments per day
Community assessments across Casey, Cardinia, Mornington Peninsula and Frankston
Assessments generally within approximately 30 minutes of your home base
Complete documentation, care planning and follow-up remotely
Join an established assessment service supporting older Australians

Key Criteria - You Must Have
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health skilled
Previous experience as an Aged Care Assessor
MANDATORY:



Fully signed off as a Comprehensive Clinical Assessor under the My Aged Care Single Assessment System
Completed all required My Aged Care and Department of Health training for clinical assessors
Solid clinical assessment, care planning and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
Experience working with older people across aged care, community, rehabilitation or acute settings
Ability to travel throughout the designated South-Eastern Melbourne catchment
