ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a hospitality team member who enjoys excellent service and can confidently work across food, beverage and functions. You’ll help create a welcoming experience for guests and keep service running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll:
Deliver friendly, attentive service across the venue
Prepare and serve beverages with care and attention to presentation
Help set up and run functions and events




Respond to guest enquiries and work with the team to resolve issues
Follow responsible service, food safety and workplace safety requirements

ABOUT YOU You’re a reliable team player who stays positive during busy service and takes pride in making guests feel welcome. You’ll bring:
Experience in hospitality across food, beverage or functions
Valuable beverage knowledge and bar presentation skills
The flexibility to help in different areas of the hotel
A current RSA (essential)
Availability to work evenings and weekends (essential)
