Location: Rockhampton, Central Queensland

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per year + accommodation.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cook to join our busy pub operations in Central Queensland.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can work confidently in a quick-paced kitchen, manage multiple tasks at once and take responsibility for the kitchen with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals to a consistent standard.
Work efficiently during busy hours.
Prepare ingredients and maintain kitchen organisation.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
Follow food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
Monitor food stock and minimise wastage.
Work independently and take responsibility for daily kitchen operations

About You





We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working as a Cook in a pub, hotel or restaurant.
Can work quickly and handle a busy kitchen.
Works well with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Takes responsibility for their work.
Maintains valuable food quality and hygiene standards.
