Complete all required duties advised by the supervisor on shift, competently and to the highest capability.

Desire and passion to serve guests and meet needs at the highest capacity, while employing luxury service standards.

Previous experience working within a bar, ideally a hotel bar workplace. Strict compliance with hygiene and sustainability control as per Hotel requirements.

Maintenance of product knowledge for all menus and stock, in order to demonstrate competency in all duties.

Hold a current NSW RSA Competency Card.
