This is an chance for an experienced production drafter to join a small drafting team within a growing cabinetry business in North Brisbane.

n

With work across a diverse range of high-quality projects from commercial such as within aged care and the education sector, to premium & custom residential packages.

About the Role n

Working closely with our estimating, project management and manufacturing teams, you'll be responsible for taking approved designs through the complete production drafting process, delivering accurate documentation and machine-ready programming for manufacture.

Key Responsibilities n

n
Produce detailed production drawings using Microvellum
n
Interpreting architectural plans and translating them into production-ready designs
n
Generate CNC-ready files and manufacturing documentation
n
Prepare cutting lists, hardware schedules and production information
n
Update and revise drawings to reflect client changes, site conditions, and project requirements
n
Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency and production standards

About You nn
Hands on experience within cabinet making OR atleast a robust knowledge of cabinetry hardware, materials and the manufacturing process
n
Experience using Microvellum in a joinery drafting environment
n
Experience completing the full screen-to-machine workflow
n
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
n

A cabinetmaking or shopfitting trade background will be highly regarded, although applicants with extensive microvellum knowledge are encouraged to apply.
