My Kind of Food, located at Joondalup Health Campus, Joondalup, is looking for an experienced and reliable café skilled to join our team as a Café Supervisor.
The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of the café, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food, coffee and cleanliness.
Key responsibilities:
Supervising café staff and daily operations
Providing friendly and effective customer service
Supporting staff during busy periods
Ensuring food and coffee quality is maintained
Managing opening and closing procedures
Monitoring stock and assisting with ordering
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Ensuring the café operates efficiently and professionally
About you:
Previous café or hospitality experience (Minimum 3 years as a Barista)
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment
Reliable, punctual and well organized
Able to lead and motivate a small team
Food Safety Supervisor certificate would be an advantage
Location: Joondalup Health Campus, Joondalup
Pay: $34.00 – $35.00 per hour
