About the Role:

Happy Alley is a growing café and bakery known for its cookies, coffee, and fresh sandwiches. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our Rockdale team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality with strong interpersonal skills who can deliver a welcoming, positive, and professional guest experience.

What We Are Looking For:
Team Leadership: Be able to influence and motivate a team of customer service attendants.
Exceptional Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver a warm, positive guest experience and build quick rapport with regular customers.
Strong Barista Skills: Experience in preparing a variety of hot and iced drinks.
Proactive & Reliable Attitude: A team player who takes pride in punctuality and seamlessly assists across floor service and cleaning.
Fast-Paced Efficiency: Ability to maintain composure, speed, and accuracy during busy periods.
Solid Communication: Excellent verbal skills to take orders accurately, handle point-of-sale systems,



and manage customer requests professionally.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role
Ability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure while engaging warmly with our customers
Weekend availability is essential
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Strong communication skills
