We are looking for a seasoned floor supervisor to join our dedicated team for an immediate start.
Key responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service with sound knowledge of food and beverages including wine knowledge
Work as part of a tight-knit team in a busy setting
Demonstrate flexibility and availability to work weekends and public holidays
Maintain high standards of presentation and communication
About you
Reliable and motivated
Relevant industry experience (fine dining preferred)
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Accreditation
Australian Citizenship
Sound knowledge of and passion for positive food and beverages
Very well presented and well spoken
