About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Casual Team Members to join our team. This is a great chance for students or school leavers looking to gain valuable retail and hospitality experience while supporting our daily store operations, including customer service and food preparation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble sushi items in accordance with company standards
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Support the team to ensure smooth daily store operations

Shifts, Availability
Flexible availability required, including weekdays and weekends as a casual position
School Term Availability: Able to work 2–3 shifts per week (after-school hours and/or weekends)
School Holiday Availability: High availability to work 4–5 shifts per week during school holiday periods
Weekend Availability: Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

Full availability during peak season (December to February): Candidates must be available to work flexibly, including potential weekend/peak shifts, during our busiest trading period.
No prior experience required — full training is provided!

Requirements
Must hold valid Australian working rights
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a rapid-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential

Pay & Conditions
Pay rates are in accordance with the Fast Food Industry Award 2020 [MA00119]
Applicable classifications, junior rates, casual loading and penalty rates apply where relevant.
Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development.
