Junior Warehouse and Service Support Officer

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hands‐on Warehouse and Service Support Officer to join our Warehouse and Service team.
This is a hands‐on, entry‐level role covering warehouse, service, and order support duties — a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, wide-ranging work and wants to build a career in warehouse operations and machine servicing.
Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to progress to a more advanced level as skills develop.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with basic machine servicing (deep cleans, appearance cleans, mandatory appearance cleans)
Order Processing & Admin
Basic data entry for orders
Processing sales and service orders
Organising machine and accessory orders
Invoicing and payment processing for completed service machines
Records & Reporting
Logging service machines, including storage fee notifications to customers
Stock, Parts & Organising
Replenishing and restocking accessories and machines
Assisting with stock counts




Handling incoming and outbound goods
Assisting with parts ordering and stock requirement reporting
Packing & Shipping
Picking, packing, and shipping accessory and machine orders
Returns & Customer Service
Handling customer accessory returns
Checking and updating customers on order status
Answering customer calls and email enquiries
General
Ad‐hoc warehouse support
Assisting the warehouse supervisor as needed
What We Are Looking For
No prior experience necessary — full training provided
A reliable, hands‐on attitude with willingness to learn new tasks
Comfortable with physical, hands‐on warehouse duties
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Well organised, with good attention to detail
Comfortable using computer systems and basic data entry (experience with systems such as SAP is a plus but not essential)
Reliable and punctual, with a strong team‐player attitude
