Job Summary

Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding as required.
Assist clients in developing essential life skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and using public transportation.
Implement individualized care plans based on the specific needs of each client.
Encourage clients' participation in social activities within the community.
Accompany clients on outings or appointments as necessary.
Administer medication following prescribed guidelines (if qualified).




Take accurate records of daily activities and report any concerns or incidents promptly.

Qualifications
Certificate IV in Disability or related field (preferable)
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Screening Check clearance
Driver's license and insured car a must
Certification in First Aid

Additional Qualifications/Certifications (desired)
Specific training related to supporting individuals with different types of disabilities
Mental Health First Aid certification (desired)

Advantages & Remuneration
$800 - $2000 per week depending on experience level
