About the role

Twenty20 Tapas Bar and Restaurant is seeking talented Front of House & Senior Barista to join our team. This is an exciting prospect to work in a quick-paced, customer-focused environment where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and outstanding beverages to our guests. Based in Moe, VIC 3825, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest experience is memorable and refined.

This role combines front-of-house responsibilities with advanced barista skills, making it perfect for someone passionate about hospitality and coffee craft.

Front of House Waitstaff

You will be working in a fast paced environment moving between serving customers through table service, making drinks in the bar and assisting in hosting. We ensure all our staff are trained in all areas so we have a fluid team that can flourish in any section they are assigned in a shift.

Successful candidates will have
Exceptional Customer Service & Communication Skills
Flexibility and be able to work over a 7 day roster, including Public Holidays - weekends is a must.
Diversity and can work Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Experience with POS

Flexible roster - Casual hours available.

Senior Barista





We are seeking a barista who is passionate about making coffee and have excellent customer service skills. More importantly, you will be a friendly, well presented, organised and reliable person who thrives in a large team and loves a fast paced workplace. Experienced preferred but not essential.

Flexible roster - Full time hours available.
