About the role

CCGT Pty Ltd is a growing commercial cleaning company servicing businesses and government sites throughout the Mackay region. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team. We want someone who takes pride in their work, turns up when rostered, pays attention to detail and can be trusted to work independently.

Key responsibilities
Commercial office and workplace cleaning
Vacuuming, mopping and detailed floor cleaning
Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and common areas
Emptying bins and replacing liners
Restocking toilet paper, hand towels and other consumables
Dusting and wiping surfaces
Following site cleaning checklists
Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
Reporting maintenance, damage or safety issues
Completing work to CCGT's cleaning standards

About you
Reliable and punctual
Robust attention to detail
Able to work unsupervised
Able to follow cleaning checklists and instructions
Good communication
Comfortable using a mobile app for rosters, clocking in/out and checklists
Driver's licence and reliable transport
Commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential
Willing to complete training




Able to obtain or provide a National Police Check where required

Advantages
Casual rates from $33.85 per hour, with higher rates applying to eligible evening and other shifts
