We are looking for friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service, assist with food and beverage service, and prepare basic cocktails. A valid RSA certification is required, and applicants who speak Spanish are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with RSA requirements.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of cocktail preparation and presentation.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Process payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
Follow all workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Essential Requirements
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
Basic knowledge and experience in making standard cocktails.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Well-presented, reliable, and punctual.
Solid teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Desirable Skills
Previous hospitality, bar, or front of house experience.
Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail ingredients.
Experience using POS systems and cash handling.
Food safety knowledge or relevant certifications.
