The Role

This role provides an array of accounting and tax support to our SME clients. Your tasks include:
First point of contact for all of our clients accounting related questions
Attending to client accounting operations including data entry, receivables, payables, payroll, BAS/IAS, reconciliations, journals
Preparation of management accounts, month end reporting and EOFY reports and work papers
Preparing tax returns for various entity structures
Liaising with the ATO, ASIC and financial institutions as required

About You
3+ years experience as a Business Services Accountant




Experience preparing returns and activity statements for various legal entities
Experience preparing accounts to trial balance
Preparation of Financial Statements
Experience working with Xero
Mature enough to handle yourself in a standalone role and flexible enough to work with the rest of the team when needed
Have excellent communications skills and be confident dealing with people from all walks of life
Able to prioritise effectively and manage your own time
Demonstrate attention to detail and have outstanding administration skills
