About the role

We are looking for a talented, reliable, and hardworking Cake Decorator to join our team. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating stunning, high-quality cakes that meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

Key responsibilities
Decorate cakes for various occasions (e.g., weddings, birthdays, holidays)
Cut, fill, and cover cakes with buttercream
Decorate cakes to our high-quality standards, ensuring both visual appeal and taste
Assist with other bakery tasks as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with the bakery team to fulfil daily orders in a timely manner
Work within a small team to ensure smooth daily operations and order fulfilment

About you
Previous experience in a bakery workplace and home bakers with robust decorating skills are also welcome to apply
Experience in cutting, filling, and covering cakes with buttercream
Attention to detail with a creative eye for design




Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace
Ability to consistently meet high-quality standards in cake decoration
Reliable, hardworking, and takes genuine pride in producing beautiful, high-quality work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a small team
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Must be available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for special events if needed
