About Us: The Boiling Crab is an iconic American Louisiana-style Cajun seafood restaurant famous for its energetic vibe and signature seafood boils (The Whole Shabang!). Located right in the heart of Sydney at 68 Harbour St, Haymarket, we are a high-volume, bustling venue looking for energetic and hardworking individuals to join our crew!

The Role & Key Responsibilities: As a Front of House All-Rounder/waitstaff, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Your daily duties will include:
Greeting and seating guests with a high-energy, welcoming attitude.
Taking accurate food and beverage orders using modern POS systems.
Delivering our signature seafood boils and drinks to tables efficiently.
Engaging with customers, answering menu questions, and providing recommendations.
Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables swiftly to maintain dining room flow.
Assisting with front-of-house opening and closing procedures.
Maintaining a safe, hygienic, and organized dining environment.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 6 months of waitstaff, serving, or customer service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.




Certifications: Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (Mandatory).
Skills: Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, ability to multitask under pressure, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Availability: Full availability for peak shifts, including Friday dinners, weekends, and public holidays.
Requirements: Valid Australian working rights.
