About the role A hands-on production role baking our full range of cookies and baked goods to spec, working Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm — no nights, no weekends, no public holidays.

Key responsibilities
Bake dough products in line with recipes and production schedules
Operate and monitor commercial ovens
Check product for consistency in size, weight, colour and bake quality
Follow food safety, hygiene and GMP procedures at all times
Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation
Keep the bakery, equipment and workstations clean and compliant with food safety standards
Work efficiently to meet daily production targets without compromising quality
Report equipment faults or quality issues to the Production Supervisor promptly
Support a safe working environment and follow WHS procedures

About you
Previous experience as a baker or in a commercial/industrial bakery or food manufacturing environment (essential)




Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (HACCP knowledge highly regarded)
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
Robust attention to detail and pride in product quality
Own transport preferred due to the Mount Kuring-gai location
